Joshua Stubbins’ Biography

During his time in that area of study, he specialized in European Affairs, specifically from the Eastern and Central regions. Upon completion of a Bachelor of Arts degree, Stubbins attended the American University, Washington College of Law. Joshua Stubbins excelled in the J.D. program and graduated at the top of his class as magna cum laude. In addition to his studies, campus involvement was also very important to this law student. While at American University, Joshua was a member of the Law Review and worked in admissions to bring more students into the law program.

Upon completion of the J.D. degree, Joshua Stubbins became an attorney. His practicing career started with the United States Department of Justice. They offer an Attorney General’s Honors Program of which Joshua was a part. The opportunity to follow the Justice Department was working in a private practice. At this medium sized firm, Joshua Stubbins worked as a litigator. His duties entailed representing companies in financial services litigation and products liability for various companies. Many of these companies were of Fortune 500 stature.

Currently, Joshua Stubbins can be found working in Washington, D.C. He is now the in-house Director of Legal Recruitment for MLA Global. MLA, also known as Major, Lindsey, and Africa is a company staffed with Legal Search Consultants. They take pride in understanding the keys to a fulfilling and highly motivated legal profession. MLA makes it a point to work with the brightest legal professions and place them at some of the best and largest organizations. As a director, Stubbins specifically assigns attorneys to corporate legal departments over several industries. Nationwide and across Asia and Europe, there are over 125 recruiters. Alongside his work with MLA, Joshua is a member to different associations including the Cardozo Society, the American Bar Association, and the American Constitution Society.
